Who We Are
JHL Pergolas designs and builds custom outdoor structures for residential properties in Chester County, Delaware County, and Southern Chester County. Pergolas, pavilions, carports, louvered systems, and outdoor kitchen structures are our entire business — not a division or a seasonal service offering within a broader operation.
We operate from two locations: West Chester (701 S Franklin St) and Newtown Square (12 Smedley Ln). The West Chester office covers Central Chester County — West Chester, Exton, Malvern, Downingtown, and the surrounding townships. The Newtown Square office covers the Main Line corridor — Newtown Square, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Gladwyne, Villanova, and Eastern Chester County.
Every JHL project begins with a site visit and architectural assessment. We do not build from catalog designs. We write specifications before we touch materials. We handle all permit research and applications — in Chester County, Delaware County, and Northern Delaware.
