What Is a Gazebo?
A gazebo is a freestanding, roofed garden structure, traditionally octagonal, used as a focal point and shaded sitting area.
A gazebo is a standalone roofed structure, often octagonal or hexagonal with a domed or pitched roof and open or railed sides. It serves as a decorative focal point and a sheltered place to sit. A pavilion differs by typically being rectangular with an open-sided gable or hip roof.
